Why not take advantage of our Yoga & Pilates studio classes at Snaithe. We offer a variety of classes as listed in our studio timetable.
Our classes take place in a purpose built studio that comfortably holds up to 10 people. This is where our physiotherapists carry out fitness sessions that are primarily physio led.
We run smaller classes, which enables us to focus on the individual participants closely so we can monitor and correct their exercise.

Harriet is one of our physiotherapists here at Action First, she is also an experienced Pilates instructor and helps run the physio led classes in the studio.
Harriet explains that Pilates is a low impact, matwork based exercise method that focuses on core stability, mobility and that it helps fine tune movement patterns.
Been practising Yoga with Janet for 3 months now and really look forward to my weekly session. Always lots of variety and different poses and stretches which keeps it interesting. Janet is very calm and encouraging - perfect for relaxation.
The main benefits of Pilates are that it improves strength and posture, helps injury prevention, increases balance, and strengthens your bones.
Pilates sessions also have a big breathing focus, which helps with cardiorespiratory capacity.

Absolutely anyone. More and more men are participating in Pilates in recent years, and given that it was originally invented by a man, why wouldn't they?
Our classes welcome both men and women and the movements will be tailored to your needs.
